- How does the free trial work?
- Every signup gets 21 days of full product access — no credit card required up front. You only enter billing details if you decide to continue after the trial. Every compliance fetch works during trial, no rate-limited 'demo' mode.
- What happens above the included client count?
- Starter is a hard cap at 20 clients. On Growth (100 included) and Scale (250 included) you can add extra client capacity — ₹40/client on Growth, ₹25/client on Scale — paid upfront for your current period, so there are never surprise arrears. Need more than Scale, or something custom? Reach out and we'll size it for you.
- Can I switch tiers mid-month?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing page. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so we don't refund partial months.
- How does payment work?
- Razorpay handles UPI, NetBanking, and credit/debit cards. Pay monthly, or pay annually and get 2 months free. Renewals are manual — we never auto-debit your account; we remind you before each period ends.
- Where is my data stored?
- Your compliance data and portal credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256) in our managed cloud database, with credentials decrypted only at fetch time. The government-portal interaction itself happens on your firm's own internet connection via our local agent, so the chain of custody stays clean.
- Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?
- No. Onboarding is a free 30-45 minute screen-share to get your team set up. Each user who runs fetches installs a lightweight local agent on their own machine and pairs it with a one-time code, so the portal browser and captcha appear on their own screen. Included with every signup.
